+ Doesn't vinyl look cheap and hurt resale?
Today's rigid-core LVP is the expected standard in new DMV homes and rentals. Ours is premium rigid-core with realistic embossed texture — and waterproof, pet-proof floors are a selling point to your next buyer.
+ Is imported vinyl toxic? What about formaldehyde?
That's the right question to ask. Partek is formaldehyde-free and low-VOC, independently tested for indoor air quality. The horror stories you've read about were uncertified product — ours is certified.
+ Will it dent or scratch?
Our 20-mil wear layer is commercial grade — most residential vinyl is only 6–12 mil. Over a stone core it shrugs off furniture, heels, and dog nails.
+ You can't refinish it like hardwood, right?
True of all LVP — but you never need to. It's backed by a 20-year residential warranty, and if a plank is ever damaged we swap just that plank, no sanding the whole room.
+ What does it actually cost?
